A SERIAL rapist with a brutal history of attacks on women cycled away from the scene of his latest depraved set on – later previously telling The Dominicus: "I've changed."
Milton Brown, 67, was locked up for 21 years in 1999 for raping iii women, including a quondam girlfriend who went on to take her own life.

Judge Joanna Greenberg QC remanded Brownish in custody ahead of judgement on June xi when she will appraise his "dangerousness".
Dark-brown, of Hackney, N London, has 92 convictions spanning four decades for violence, dishonesty and sexual offences, including child molestation, Wood Light-green Crown Court heard.
Melissa Garner, from the CPS, said: "Milton Dark-brown is a serial sexual activity offender who will always be a danger to women.

"In this instance he lulled his victim into a imitation sense of security before violently raping her in his own domicile.
"He trapped the victim in his flat for hours – she idea she was going to die. It was only due to her quick-thinking that she managed to escape.
"Chocolate-brown has never shown whatsoever regret for his actions. This conviction has resulted in a dangerous sexual predator being held accountable for his crimes."
